Is it mandatory when signing this petition to give all your details?? If so you are just giving all your contact details to the government and making their job easier!!!!

I think the government can get details from many sources to find anyone.
Better to send them a resounding NO before they waste any more time and money.

Could this topic please be made a sticky as I think it is a very important issue.

A tax does not solve problems...typical politics to find one more way to squeeze some money out of their people....sad I hope they rethink....

I read more closely about this tax on WPCS page, seems it will be introduced in 2012... Angry

I think they are making a mistake...and that both the owner and the yard owner if you rent have to pay, 2 payments for same pony!?!?? why?
And do they really think that people will report every pony they got if they have many? this tax will not work the way they hope...I think this will end in a overloaded market as many will sell before 2012 or during 2012, it can be hard today with increasing prices and this ads to the problem and saddly I think more horses will suffer. £10 may not seem much but if you have few it ads up...

I hope they do not get such "good"  Angry  ideas on this side of the water....
